This pamphlet demonstrates how, 62 years after the vote of full powers to Marshal Pétain, History is stuttering again. By voting massively for Jacques Chirac on May 5, 2002, the overwhelming majority of our fellow citizens opted for a new “National Revolution”. For the left, the mass is said! We are waiting for a resurrection! At a time when the Socialist Party is preparing for a congress of liquidation, after bankruptcy and inventory, Bernard Bragard stands out from the French political class, right and left, and appeals to the General of the Left, to bring together all French people of good will. Drawing up an uncompromising observation, he proposes, within the framework of the program of the “National Council of Resistance 2002”, new keys to rousing French politics from its conservative torpor, and finally making it audible and credible. We discover, with interest, the arrival of “Happy Days 2”.
